- Click the tracking link in the email, or enter your tracking number on the carrier's website
Didn't receive a tracking email?
It may take up to 24 hours after shipping for tracking information to appear. If you still can't find it, please contact us at info@softsignal.no with your order number and we'll look into it.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Norway: 3–7 business days after shipping
- Europe: 5–10 business days after shipping
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days after shipping
Please note that production takes an additional 2–5 business days before your order ships.
